He founded LiveOps.com, which grew into the largest at-home call center community with over 20,000 agents handling more than 100 million calls annually. Doug also co-founded uSell.com, transforming the e-commerce landscape for used electronics, and Hired.com, innovating tech recruitment by connecting top talent with leading companies. He continues to advise and invest in startups, leveraging his experience to help founders scale and innovate.

Janina is the Chief Operating Officer at Jeevz and a founding employee, joining in 2019 prior to the RedCap acquisition. With over 15 years in tech and startups, she has built expertise across e-commerce at uSell and tech recruitment at Hired, Inc. At Jeevz, Janina leads operations with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results and a seamless experience for clients and drivers alike.

Francisco is a Senior Software Engineer, bringing 15 years of software engineering experience. He began his career at a multinational advertising agency working with global brands such as Mercedes, P&G, and Unilever, before moving into SaaS startups. As the CTO for Jeevz/Dryver, Francisco leads technology strategy and product innovation to drive the company's growth.

Jack serves as Director of Operations at Jeevz, overseeing logistics, driver management, and the client/driver experience. A founding team member after his time at RedCap, Jack has spent 13 years in transportation technology, scaling operations and building streamlined processes. He brings deep industry knowledge, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to the success of the Jeevz team.

Nicholas is the Market Manager at Jeevz, where he drives strategic growth and manages concierge and corporate accounts. He ensures clients receive a premium, tailored experience that meets their transportation needs while leading initiatives in social media and client acquisition. With a background in business development and marketing, Nicholas brings a results-driven approach to expanding Jeevz's reach and strengthening its brand, all while maintaining the company's focus on luxury, safety, and service excellence.

Harley is a marketing leader with over a decade of experience in growth, engagement, and retention across marketplace, SaaS, B2C, and B2B businesses. Since joining Jeevz in 2021, Harley has led national expansion efforts, scaled engagement programs, and built a full lifecycle marketing strategy. Prior to Jeevz, Harley held marketing leadership roles at Hired, Vinfolio, and Lyft.

Ava oversees training programs, dispatch operations, recruiting, driver certifications, and process improvement initiatives at Jeevz. She joined the company as an intern in 2024 and recently accepted a full-time role. She brings experience supporting entrepreneurs through consulting projects. She is passionate about problem-solving, collaboration, and building systems that drive Jeevz's growth.

Jeff brings over 40 years of experience in time-critical transportation and logistics, including leadership roles at BORAIR Industries and as owner of TKO Freight Brokerage. He joined RedCap a decade ago and has continued with the company through its transition to Jeevz/Dryver, contributing his expertise to operational excellence and customer service.

Nicholas serves as a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative at Jeevz, a role he has held since 2023. Before stepping into this position, he worked as a driver at Jeevz and with other transportation services, giving him firsthand insight into the industry and the client experience. He brings deep knowledge of the driving landscape, a focus on reliability, and a strong commitment to supporting both clients and the Jeevz team's success.
